Black sesame chiffon cake


8" chiffon pan

4 egg yolks
15g caster sugar
60g vegetable oil
70g plain flour
20g black sesame powder

4 egg whites (used 5 cos eggs were not fresh)
70g caster sugar

1. Whisk sugar into egg yolks. Mix in oil, milk, flour and black sesame powder.
2. Whisk egg whites with sugar till stiff peaks.
3. Mix egg white into 1.
4. Pour cake batter into chiffon pan, and knock pan on the table to remove air bubbles trapped.
5. Bake at 170 deg for 30mins.
6. Once baked, turn chiffon tin upside down.
